


Prior to purchasing the Full Version program today, I had downloaded the 'Trial Version' and I had no problems with this.

(The Task manager indicates that the program is using 'very high' power consumption.) I've tried numerous times to open the program without success. I then opened the program to the 'Welcome' page but when I tried to navigate to the 'Manage' page the program froze and I had to shut it down using the Task manager. This morning (23rd November, 2018) I purchased the 'Paint Shop Pro 2019 Ultimate' program online from the Corel website and followed the download instructions.
